Ladies will receive a special velvet drawstring bag with a surprise Valentine and all proceeds to this event go to Austin's House. The group is a foster home that will provide services and care for up to 10 children at any one time.

Referrals for placement come from Child Protective Services, the courts, homeless children and other children who are in need of shelter. The center will accommodate both boys and girls who are unable to be maintained in their own homes, until appropriate homes can be located for them. KUDOS: To Angila Golik and all the National Honor Society students in her classroom. As of Friday, they gathered and donated more than 378 boxes of Valentines. These cards will be delivered to each elementary school counselor to be given to children within the district. Amazing what a handful of students can accomplish to make a difference.
