Virginia Richards, 91, of Carson City, passed away February 15, 2008 at Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare. She was born December 23, 1916 in Grand Rapids, MI, and is survived by her husband William Richards. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is caring for arrangements.
