Richard Neitzel, 85, a Carson City resident, died July 6, 2008, at his home. He was born July 24, 1922 to Antone and Cora (Hogan) Neitzel in Spokane, Wash. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
