Emergency crews have responded to an accident at Highway 88 at Centerville Road in Douglas County.
One vehicle is reported to have sustained "major damage," with one patient still inside the vehicle when crews arrived at 1:50 p.m.
A Care Flight helicopter is en route.
Expect traffic delays in the area.
