Fred M. Beltran, 58, a Zephyr Cove resident, passed away March 16, 2008. He
was born on February 24, 1950 in Woodlake, Calif. to Fidel and Rachel
(Mendez) Perez. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose, Calif.
