Isabel Zilius

Isabel Zilius, 93, a 6-year resident of Gardnerville, died Feb. 2, 2009. She was born Dec. 18, 1915 in Chicago, Ill. Among her survivors are daughters and son-in-law Claudia and Jim Shelly of Florida, Dolores and Larry Haines of Nevada; son John Zilius of Illinois; son and daughter-in-law Dennis and Dolly Zilius of Illinois; sisters Lou and Virginia and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A service was held at St. Gall Catholic Church, Gardnerville. Walton's Douglas County Mortuary handled the arrangements.
