Two brothers who police say beat a man unconscious outside a Mound House nightclub early Saturday morning have been arrested by the Nevada Division of Parole and Probation.
The division arrested Gabriel Munoz and his younger brother Adrian Munoz on sentencing violations Monday, police say.
The Lyon County District Attorney's Office could file charges against the brothers today.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Office declined to name the man they say the brothers attacked at the NV 50 Bar over an alleged gang rivalry. The man has been released from the hospital, according to the sheriff's office.
Adrian Munoz allegedly hit the man on the head with a cinder block while he was unconscious, police say.
Gabriel Munoz was arrested last year for leading police on a car chase, pleaded guilty to a drive-by shooting in 2002 and was shot in the hip during a fight in 2001.
