Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Nick Galaratos, 74, retired from Carson City, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of a concealed weapon. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 36-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on two misdemeanor warrants for suspicion of contempt of court. No bail was set.

• A 21-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested Monday at 9:02 p.m. on College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $632.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Fight report at Mills Park at 2:51 p.m.

• Report of people inside a foreclosed home on Tissiac Circle at 3:44 p.m.

• Graffiti report on Northridge Drive.

• Fraud reports on Hot Springs Road and East Long Street.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Arrest on Wild Horse Canyon Drive at 7:49 a.m.

• Report of a man in his 60s panhandling on North C Street at 12:35 p.m.

• Report of possible road rage on State Route 341 at 8:50 a.m.
