Obituary: Earl A. Pitman

Earl A. Pitman, 90, a Carson City resident died June 5, 2009. He was born May 31, 1919 to Robert and Maudie Pitman in Eagleton, Ark.. Among his survivors are wife of 67 years Pauline; son Ronnie of Tehachapi, Calif.; daughters Erma of Dayton and Roline of Carson City; four grandchildren Steve, Deanne and Rob of Carson City and Rhonda of Southern California; eight great-grandchildren; sister Gladys Pinnell of Burbank, Calif. and several nephews and nieces. Viewing will be 4-8 p.m., Thursday at Autumn Funerals & Cremations. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday Autumn Funerals & Cremations, Interment will follow at Lone Mountain Cemetery. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
