This holiday season, Silver State High School's drama classes are putting on a series of mini plays. Most of the shows are student directed and produced by the casts and crews from the drama classes.

The shows will be in the school's multipurpose room, 3719 North Carson St., at

7 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

The first of the four shows will be "Gangsta Claus," a contemporary holiday story.

The second show is "The Elf Rebellion," a comedy that shows what it's like to work in Santa's workshop and the action the elves decide to take to try to get treated better by Santa.

"Clausirella" is a takeoff of Cinderella with some Christmas twists thrown in. Come join in Santa's journey to try to pick a new Mrs. Claus to be his bride.

"The Best Christmas Ever in Texas," is filled with holiday spirit that the whole family can appreciate.

Tickets are $5 or $4 with any student ID. For more information, call 883-7900.
