She was an active member of the Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church prayer chain, breast cancer survivor, caregiver, bookkeeper, and worked in property management. The fabric of her life also included serving as spiritual mentor, master gardener, and fitness buff. (Daily exercise regimen included 95 sit-ups and walking.)

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church, 1505 Railroad Dr., Carson City, NV 89701 or to the American Cancer Society, 691 Sierra Rose Drive, Suite A, Reno, NV 89511.

Edna's service will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church followed by a dessert reception.
