Dale Sparr, manager of the clubhouse at the Carson Hot Springs, former ring champion of the United States Navy and ranked as one of the top ten fighters of his weight, will make his initial appearance at the Carson Hot Springs Rodeo in the wild cow milking contest. Sparr has teamed up with Washoe Valley Rancher Allie Amellie. A large number of supporters will be "rooting" for Dale and Allie.
