Obituary: Beverly Ann Gemette

Beverly Ann Gemette, 71, passed away Nov. 10, 2010 in Carson City. Beverly was born Oct. 12, 1939 in San Jose, Calif., to Leonard and Virginia Cicerello. She graduated from Campbell High School in Campbell, Calif., in 1957.

Beverly has been a resident of Carson City for the past 32 years along with her family. She was a dedicated employee of the Ormsby House for 12 of those years.

An avid reader and crossword puzzle enthusiast, Beverly lived with passion in service to her family and all who shared her life. Beverly was a blessing to many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Gemette, who passed away in 1990, and a sister, Barbara Cicerello.

Beverly will be dearly missed by her children, sons Mark Gemette, Leonard Gemette; daughters Kimberly Gemette-Carter and Kerry Gemette; and one grandson, Branden Carter. She is survived by her brothers Leonard Cicerello and Joseph Cicerello, as well as several aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

A funeral service for Beverly will be Saturday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City. Beverly will be laid to rest beside her husband in Lone Mountain Cemetery. She has requested that donations be made to your favorite charity in lieu of flowers.
