Harvey Jerome Allen, 79, of Carson City died Nov. 6, 2010. Mr. Allen was born May 9, 1931, in Oakland, Calif., to Elmer and Elizabeth Ann (Nesbitt) Allen. He is survived by his wife Edan Allen. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
