Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 23-year-old nurse from Carson City was arrested at 8:54 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on two warrants for suspicion of failure to appear and contempt of court. Bail was set at $539.

• A 24-year-old retail clerk from Carson City was arrested at 8:37 a.m. Thursday at Molly and Corbett streets on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and failure to appear. Bail was set at $992.

• A 24-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 9:54 a.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. He allegedly stole shorts and a watch from Kohl's. Bail was set at $347.

• A 21-year-old casino cook was arrested at 4:21 p.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to use due care, failure to use a turn signal, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to maintain lane, driving without a valid license and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,702.

• A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Thursday at Peters and Burton streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Bail was set at $1,319.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Graffiti report in the 3900 block of South Carson Street at 9:56 a.m.

• Report of a bicycle stolen from the 400 block of North Walsh Street sometime before 11:13 a.m.

• Report of a couple arguing in a church parking lot at Railroad Drive and Saliman Road at 1:58 p.m.

• Report of an employment service client following an employee home at 2:27 p.m.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 1700 block of Walker Drive at 4:24 p.m.

• A woman reported her brother was outside at 6:08 p.m. saying he was going to cause a shoot-out with police because he was upset with her. The brother could not be located.

• A 17-year-old girl was injured when the ATV she was driving rolled over onto her and she lost consciousness. The girl was flown to Renown Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

• A woman reported her sister threatened the caller's daughter and the sister's boyfriend threw a bottle of Windex at the caller at 7:05 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Arrest on Cygnet Drive in Mound House at 12:48 a.m.

• A man on Virginia Street in Silver Springs reported at 12:25 p.m. that three dogs chased him and one tried to bite him.

• Three students were cited at Fernley High after a report of a fight at 12:13 p.m.

• A Dayton woman reported at 9:16 p.m. that her brother, against whom she has a restraining order, "thrashed" her house and fattened her lip.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded recently:

• A caller Wednesday on Canyon Way turned over to deputies a $5 bill he found in the street.

• A caller on South C Street reported at 10:01 a.m. Thursday he was trying to move out of a place there and the handyman was threatening him.

• Residential burglary report Thursday on Rue De La Rouge at 11:32 a.m.

• Report of an escaped Jack Russell terrier named Jasper who was last seen Thursday on South B Street wearing a black harness and dragging a leash.
