Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Donald Bigpond, 27, of Carson City, was additionally booked into the Carson City Jail on suspicion of felony using identification of another to avoid prosecution. Bigpond is in custody on a charge of domestic violence and he allegedly enlisted the help of other inmates to contact the victim on his behalf using their ID numbers. Four other inmates also were charged in the case. Tanner Rust, 20, and Clinton Garrett Malone, 27, were each additionally booked on gross misdemeanor conspiracy to commit a crime and probation violation and Jordan Randall Burkhardt, 21, and Robert Dewey Hayes, 51, were each booked on gross misdemeanor conspiracy to commit a crime.

• Julio Perez Nava, 26, of Carson City was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday at Roop and Oregon streets on suspicion of gross misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving, misdemeanor driving without a valid license and failure to maintain a single lane. Nava's vehicle jumped a curb, hit a power pole and ended up on its roof. No one was injured. Bail was set at $2,794.

• Garrett Austin Clark, 20, of Reno, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Monday in the 3300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Two juveniles were arrested for shoplifting at 4:21 a.m. at Walmart after officers were unsuccessful in contacting the teens' parents.

• A woman reported at 10:22 a.m. that she was being cyber-bullied by someone who posted a fake Facebook profile of her.

• A woman reported at 1:48 p.m. that her male friend punched her in the face the previous week.

• A woman reported at 10:53 p.m. that she returned home after being gone for a couple of days to find her home had been "rummaged through" and her bank card missing.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Arrest at 12:21 a.m. at Rosecrest and Bramble streets in Fernley.

• A vehicle struck a deer on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 7:17 a.m.

• A mother reported her 17-year-old son was attacked by a dog on Tuscarora Street in Silver Springs at 6:37 p.m.

• Coroner call on Redwood Street in Silver Springs at 8:26 p.m.

Storey County

The following is one of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report at 9:34 a.m. of a pit bull killing a cat in a backyard on Rue De La Rouge.
