The following health inspections are from the period of June 16. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Panaderia Azteca Bakery, 3189 Highway 50 East, scored 91 points. Spray bottles of liquid are unlabeled and stored in the sanitizer basin of the 3-C sink, along with bottles of detergent. The kitchen ceiling and light and fan fixtures are dirty with grease and dust accumulation. The walls under the 3-C sinks are dirty and there are two holes in the wall. The shelving holding baking ingredients and baking pans needs cleaning, along with all baking pans in the kitchen. The floor mixer is encrusted with dried batter. During all hours of operation, at least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

• Panaderia Azteca Bakery Take Out, 3189 Highway 50 East, scored 94 points. The reach-in has an ambient temperature of 54 F with PHF inside. There are torn gaskets on the doors of both reach-ins in the kitchen. The doors do not close on the reach-in holding an ambient temperature of 54 F.

• Carson Coffee House/Take Out/Drive Through, 1825 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Subway #28790, 2073 East William St., scored 95 points. Found cooked chicken breasts holding at an internal temperature of 124 F and meat balls holding at 134 F (internal) in the make-up counter warming unit.
