The Scenic West Athletic Conference baseball tournament begins today at John L. harvey Field at Western Nevada College.
Western Nevada and Salt Lake Community College, the top two finishers in the regular season, received first-round byes. WNC's first game will be at 9 a.m. Thursday and SLCC will play at 12:30 p.m.
College of Southern Idaho, the No. 3 seed, faces No. 6 Colorado Northwestern in today's opener at 9 a.m. At 12:30 p.m., No. 4 College of Southern Nevada faces No. 5 Eastern Utah.
The losers of those games will play an elimination game at 4 p.m.
