Fallon advanced two teams to the Sierra Youth Football League’s semifinals on Saturday.
The Greenwave stayed unbeaten in the Renegades division after a 27-0 win over Reed. Fallon’s Junior Varsity team blanked Lassen, 12-0.
Three teams weren’t so lucky as Lassen defeated Fallon in the Bandits, 22-6. Wooster shut out Fallon, 26-0, in the Mavericks while Hug came back to beat Fallon, 26-8, in the Varsity.
The semifinals are Saturday at both Hug and North Valleys high schools. The championship is in two weeks at McQueen.
