School Boardmeets

A regular meeting of the Churchill County School District Board of Trustees will be held Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. in the Churchill County Administration Office, 690 S. Maine St. Items to be discussed and that are up for possible actions include the following:

For possible action: The Board will receive information from architect’s proposals regarding the renovation of West End Center. The board may take action to approve some or all of the architect’s proposed renovations.

For possible action: The board will consider changing the rate of pay for substitute teachers. Discussion and possible action: Regarding a new audio-visual system for the Old High School auditorium.

For possible action: Approval of Western Nevada College and Churchill County School District joint High School in the College Program.

For possible action: Selection of a possible date for a board retreat.

For discussion only: Regarding to conduct a board self-evaluation.
