Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

THURSDAY

At 3:29 p.m., a 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and alternative sentencing violation after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Robinson and Anderson streets. Bail was set at $1,500.

FRIDAY

At 4:01 a.m., a 35-year-old Ogden, Utah, man was arrested on suspicion of ex-felon failed to register after deputies responded to reports of a woman saying she received a call from her cousin saying he was being held at gunpoint at the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. When deputies arrived, they did not find the cousin at the location, but when located he denied the call to his cousin. Bail was set at $150.

At 8:53 a.m., an 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 3400 block of Airport Road after a man reported seeing another male hit a woman in the face. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 10:44 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of jaywalking after deputies responded to reports of a man yelling obscenities at people near Kings Canyon Road and Canyon Park Court. When deputies arrived, the subject said that he wanted to be arrested before he was killed by officers and asked to be arrested for medical help. Bail was set at $25.

At 11:57 a.m., Laura Musgrave, 35, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony indecent exposure after deputies responded to reports of a woman urinating on a vehicle near the 1800 block of Mountain Street. Bail was set at $5,000.

At 12:15 p.m., a 60-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to reports of a man sleeping on the sidewalk at the entrance of a Carson Street business. Bail was set at $150.

At 12:59 p.m., Jessica Riley, 26, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, felony possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and violation of bail conditions after deputies responded to reports of a woman found sleeping and unresponsive on the lawn of a property near the 4100 block of Pheasant Drive. Bail was set at $8,150.

At 4:07 p.m., a 54-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of ex-felon fail to register after deputies responded to reports of a fraud at the Highway 50 Super Pawn store for a man trying to pass off a counterfeit bill. Bail was set at $150.

At 6:24 p.m., a 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense and violation of restraining order after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted man near the 400 block of Saliman Road. Bail was set at $2,000.

At 6:26 p.m., Christopher Bennett, 19, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary and trespassing after deputies responded to reports of a subject that was unwanted near the 3300 block of Gordonia Drive. Bail was set at $25,150.

At 8:41 p.m., a 68-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

SATURDAY

At 7:37 p.m., a 29-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of open container and obstructing a peace officer after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 2500 block of Carson Street. Bail was set at $400.

SUNDAY

At 5:40 p.m., Joseph Calloway, 32, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, impersonating a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and window tinting violation after deputies received reports of a vehicle attempting to pull people over near the area of Lompa and Sherman lanes. Bail was set at $6,050.

At 8:32 p.m., a 56-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery near the 2900 block of Airport Road. Bail was set at $6,000.

MONDAY

At 12:49 a.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of furnishing alcohol to minors after deputies observed two cars parked in the dirt lot at Moffet Park after closing hours and discovered two males and three juvenile females consuming alcohol and it was determined that the man was a registered sex offender. At the same incident, a 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail for the 22-year-old was set at $2,000 and bail for the 20-year-old was set at $500.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
