David Ruf, owner of Greenhouse Garden Center, is presenting gardening seminars next month.
Fire prevention landscaping be at 10 a.m. Aug. 6. The following seminar at 10 a.m. Aug. 20 will cover when to harvest summer crops and when to plant fall crops.
Each seminar costs $2; reservations are not required. Attendees will receive a coupon for 15 percent off of five regularly priced items at the Greenhouse Garden Center.
Additionally, the center hosts a Bonsai club on the second Sunday of the month. Meetings from noon to 1 p.m. are open to the public. Naomi Borowick will host the next meeting on Aug. 14.
