The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
MONDAY
At 3:34 p.m., a 61-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of battery on a peace officer after deputies responded to reports of a woman attempting to hit people at the Carson Tahoe Hospital. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 4:27 p.m., Charles Berton, 63, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony sex offender failed to register after deputies responded to reports of a man camping on the hiking trail near the 2300 block of Tablerock Drive. Bail was set at $5,000.
At 7:14 p.m., a 44-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of hit and run and DUI after deputies responded to reports of an accident near the Carson Street Kohl’s. The suspect was located near the 4200 block of Hidden Meadow Drive. Bail was set at $1,500.
At 8:35 p.m., Ralph Conway, 47, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery-three or more convictions near the 400 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $15,000.
At 10:12 p.m., Jessica Riley, 27, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation violation and a district court warrant after deputies responded to the Highway 50 Pick N’ Pull for a subject with a warrant. No bail was set.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
