will be diverted from an

underground source at

a point located within

the SW1/4 NE1/4,

Section 5, T18N,

R26E, MDB&M or at

a point from which the

C1/4 corner of said

Section 5 bears S 65

degrees 39 minutes 50

seconds W., a distance

of 290.00 feet (approx.

6 miles E-NE of Silver

Springs, NV). Water will

be used for industrial

purposes from January

1st to December

31st of each year.

The existing point of

diversion was located

within the SE1/4

NW1/4 of Section 25,

T18N, R24E, MDB&M,

or at a point from which

the N1/4 corner of said

Section 25 bears N 10

degrees 30 minutes E,

a distance of 1409.00

feet. Water was used

for quasi-municipal

purposes from January

1st to December 31st

of each year.
