Carson City road report as of Thursday. The following applies to May 31-June 6:
Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Little Lane will be closed in the westbound direction between South Saliman Road and Janas Way, Monday-Friday, all day for construction of a development project. Eastbound traffic will remain open. Pedestrian access will be provided.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Arrowhead Drive between Louise Drive and Lockheed Way will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Curry Street between Lake Glen Drive and 10th Street will be reduced to one-lane with flagger controls, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the start of a waterline extension project. Please use caution in the area and expect short delays.
• Goni Road between South Sutro Terrace and Old Hot Springs Road will be reduced to one lane with flagger controls, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Northridge Drive between Eastridge Drive and Carriage Crest Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for minor demolition. There will be intermittent closures at the intersections of Northridge Drive and Carriage Crest Drive, Spooner Drive, and Southcrest Road. Please use caution and follow marked detour routes.
