Sheriff's Blotter

The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department:

-- A 35-year-old mechanic from Carson City was arrested at 3:28 p.m. in the 2100 block of Airport Road on Monday for suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. His bail was set at $140.

-- James Richard Tolbert, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. Monday on Airport Road for suspicion of felony attempted possession of a stolen credit card. His bail was set at $7,500.

-- A 54-year-old retired Carson City man was arrested at 5:19 p.m. Monday at Longview and Kingview drives for suspicion of first offense drunken driving. His bail was set at $1,105.

-- A 27-year-old unemployed woman from Wadsworth was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: trespassing, disorderly conduct and injury to motor vehicle. Her bail was set at $740.
