A memorial Mass for Alfonso H. Mandujano, 78, a two-year Carson City resident, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Teresa Catholic Church.

Mr. Mandujano died Aug. 13, 2006, in Carson City. He was born Sept. 19, 1927, in Mexico City to Gregorio and Rosa Mandujano.

He married Carmen Servantes on June 19, 1958, in Las Vegas.

Before moving to Carson City, Mr. Mandujano lived in Chatsworth, Calif.

He worked at General Motors Co. for 33 years, retiring in 1993.

He was a member of the United Auto Workers.

He enjoyed dancing, traveling and spending time with his family.

Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; son and daughter-in-law, Javier and Phyllis Mandujano of Oxnard, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth and Bernard Gomez of Gresham, Ore.; daughter Maria Pearson of Minden; three brothers; two sisters; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandsons.
