Cody Metcalf scored three touchdowns as the Carson High freshmen football team beat Yerington's junior varsity 40-28 on Thursday.
Trey Jensen and Justin Otero each also scored a touchdown and Caleb Jeffers returned an interception for a touchdown. Chris Marsh kicked four extra points. Danny Gall, Chris Foss and Sean Weakley all played well defensively and Chris Steele played well defensively and at receiver.
