William "Bill" Cowen, 79, died March 29, 2009. He was born June 8, 1929 to William and Alva Cowen in BUffalo, Mo. He was preceded in death by son Randy Cowen. Among his survivors are daughters and sons-in-law Ginger and Bill McBride of Granite Bay, Calif., Jackie and Mike Holms of Dayton; daughter Sandy Cowen of Carson City; brother and sister-in-law Ken and Carol Cowen of Oakley, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and mumerous nieces and nephews. Capitol City Cremation and Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
