Aquatic facility offers triathlon

Think you don't have what it takes to finish a triathlon? Think again. The Carson Aquatic Facility's Self-paced Triathlon is back.

Keep your exercise program on track through the holiday season and accomplish something you never thought you could.

Like a regular triathlon, this individualized version involves three disciplines of exercise: swimming, biking and running. Participants choose the category distances they would like to enter based on their own schedules, strengths, goals and fitness level, and then have a full 40 days to accomplish that goal.

The triathlon will run Nov. 22 through Jan. 2. The cost for this event is $15 per person. For more information, call 887-2242 or stop by the Carson Aquatic Facility at 841 N. Roop St. to register.
