Today's weather will be breezy with partly cloudy skies in the morning becoming mostly cloudy with isolated showers in the afternoon, and areas of blowing dust.

Highs will be from 63-73 with southwest winds 10-15 mph increasing to 15-25 mph in the afternoon with gusts up to 40 mph.

Tonight, mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Snow level lowering to about 6000 feet with lows from 33-43 and west winds 10-20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph from the west, shifting to the northeast around 10 mph after midnight.

Roadwork continues in Carson City with lane restrictions on Saliman Road from Fairview Drive to north of East Fifth Street, and near the Carson City Sheriff's Department on East Musser Street.

Gas pipeline work continues on the south side of Highway 50 East, just east of Fairview Drive.
