Updated road controls report. At 7:55 a.m. the Nevada Department of Transportation advises all routes open with no controls with the following exceptions:
Interstate 80 " Chains required except for 4-wheel-drive vehicles for 13.5 miles between Kingvale and 1.8 miles west of Truckee, Calif.
SR 89 " Snowtires or chains required for 1 mile between 14 miles north of Truckee and 15 miles north of Truckee.
SR 431 " Snowtires or chains required for 14.2 miles between SR 28 and 10.3 miles south of Highway 395.
